Your purchase
USD $39.99 is a one-time total price for Tokenella on one Mac at a time, including all future Tokenella updates. There is no Tokenella subscription, free trial, or free feature tier. AI subscriptions and API charges are separate.
Activation and transfer
A valid license key is required before any app feature is available. Enter it once; routine launches and updates retain activation. You can deactivate your current Mac or confirm a transfer through your purchase email if it is unavailable. Keep your key private and do not share or resell it.
Offline use
An activated Mac uses a signed receipt valid for up to 30 days, renewed automatically when connected. The current app requires an internet verification after a Mac restart; the key remains saved. Expired or revoked activation locks features while preserving your local data. An offline Mac may retain access until its receipt expires after a transfer or refund.
Compatibility and availability
The app requires macOS 26 or later. Apple silicon and Intel binaries are built; physical qualification is still in progress before public release. Provider capabilities depend on the data and APIs each provider exposes and can change. Accessibility permission is needed for some features. Release availability is shown on the download page. All future updates are included when released; this is not a promise of any particular feature or release schedule.
Refunds and support
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@tokenella.com from your purchase email. A completed refund revokes future license renewal. Contact the same address for product or purchase support.
Responsible use and rights
Tokenella grants a license to use the app; ownership of the software is not transferred. Your notes and other content remain yours. Use Tokenella lawfully and respect the terms of your AI providers. Do not redistribute the app as your own or circumvent its licensing. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes
Material changes will be stated on this page with an effective date. A change will not remove the all-future-updates entitlement included with your purchase. Questions: support@tokenella.com.
