TOKENELLA
Your work stays yours.
Privacy, plainly. Effective October 15, 2026.
On your Mac
Your conversations, notes, attachments and usage history stay on your Mac. Tokenella reads the local files and existing sign-ins exposed by your AI tools. Live usage and provider authentication contact those providers.
Purchasing and licensing
We process your purchase email, payment references, license and activation records to fulfill orders, deliver keys, enforce one-Mac licensing and provide recovery. The app sends its build, a device public key and a product-specific hash of hardware identity. It does not send your raw hardware UUID, computer name, notes or conversations to the licensing service.
Services that make this work
Stripe processes payments; Tokenella does not receive your full card details. Cloudflare hosts this website and routes requests. Supabase stores commerce and licensing records. Resend delivers purchase/recovery email and receives mail sent to support@tokenella.com. These services process the information needed to perform those functions.
Cookies and browser data
Secure, HttpOnly first-party cookies protect purchase status and recovery. Purchase cookies last up to 24 hours and recovery cookies up to 15 minutes. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Demo data is fictional and resets on reload. License keys are shown only after a verified purchase or recovery; they are not saved to browser local storage.
Security and retention
We use encrypted transport, restricted service access, signed device receipts and encrypted recoverable license/email data. Operational metadata and abuse-prevention records help keep purchases reliable. Purchase, entitlement and necessary support records are retained to support your perpetual license, refunds and applicable obligations; short-lived recovery credentials expire. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Contact support@tokenella.com for access, correction or deletion requests and privacy questions. Deleting purchase or licensing records may affect recovery or continued activation; we will explain the impact before acting. We retain records where necessary to fulfill ongoing obligations.
